About entitlements, that i haven t heard about that for about a week. harold. good morning. we were talking about spending cuts and taxes. remember, taxes would go up on those earning over $1 million. my first question would be how many of your constituents for would be affected by that. and two, are you prepared then to go off the cliff if we can t find spending cuts and there s only a tax increase on millionaires? well, i think that we need to look at the tax on millionaires, at least 300,000 small businesses and in my district, we don t represent major corporations. it s farms and ranches and other small businesses. those are the folks who are going to be harmed the most. and that s what drives the economy. so it s just not millionaires. it s not the buffetts of the world. it s the folks that actually produce 41% of small business income that would see their taxes increased on the millionaires tax. i think what everybody in washington should agree on is we want to create job ....
Low-lying areas we have water trapped here. even though the wins have switched west, it s going to take it awhile. it s pushing some of the water back into the ocean but a lot is low-lying area. it took us forever to get to this live shot even though typically it would only be a 20, 30 minute ride with it. barricades made it difficult. trees down all over the place, at the coast you get everything, unfortunately, the tidal surge. you get the wind, that buffetts the coast, the power outages from trees falling onto power lines and trurl damage. this is why we evacuate people from the coast. you get everything and then, of course, we ve been following it inland with incredible rainfall amounts so a big story up and down the coast here. adam, trust me, i don t want you to taste that water. is that freshwater or is that saltwater from the storm surge that overwashed? reporter: well, this is going to be saltwater. this is coming in from the ocean filling up the inlets, the bays and lakes ....
