Fairfield police said the boy is recovering from serious injuries. Hes in it serious condition at Childrens Hospital. A partially severed knows of some brain hemorrhaging enesco fracture. The incident happened here yesterday morning at this apartment complex in fairfield. Police said that though father lost his temper and attacked a boy because he was crying too much. The two were alone at the time and when the boys 70 yearold mother came home, investigators say she called police. Hysterical saying her son was bleeding from the nose. Cooper was arrested without incident. Police say he has no prior record and fairfield.
