The snowplows are on standby as the northeast braces for a major winter storm. I have a 9 horsepower snow blower, i have three new bags of rock salt, i have two shovels, and two sons. Reporter the heaviest snow is expected to fall tonight into tomorrow. Many schools in and around boston will be closed for the next two days.
