There was just a little bit of celebration Sunday afternoon at Windstone Golf Club as Joseph Goetz saw his yellow golf ball disappear after one hop on the signature 13th, 170 yard par 3 hole. Goetz had just hit his first hole in one. Goetz, a Chattanooga native and long time runner and rock climber, took up golf about five years ago after an invite from Mike Young. Young, along with golf buddies Bryan Wilbourn and Katie Young were all there to witness the shot. ....

Chattanooga has always been Dianne’s home. She was a graduate of Red Bank High School and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and an active member of the North River Church of Christian and Missionary Alliance.
Dianne was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She proudly attended every performance, game, match, and competition involving one of her children or grandchildren. Her family was her pride and joy. Dianne loved camping and beach vacations with her children and spending holidays and special occasions with extended family. Her smile and laugh always filled her family’s hearts with joy! ....
