Staff Report CHIPPEWA TOWNSHIP A Rittman woman died Tuesday in a one-vehicle crash after being thrown from the car. According to a news release from the Ohio Highway Patrol, Brooklynn Adcox, 26, was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Wayne County coroner. Adcox was a front-seat passenger in a Saturn SL driven by Jason Morrison, 34, also of Rittman. The patrol said Morrison was driving east on Eastern Road when the vehicle traveled left of center and off the north side of the roadway striking a tree and overturning. Two children in the car, ages 6 and 2, were each transported to Akron Children s Hospital. Their injuries were not life-threatening, the release states. Morrison was treated at the scene. ....
