Dessert fans, take note: A visit to Colette Bakery in Medford may soon be in order.
Colette is a relative newcomer to the local desserts scene. The bakery opened in April 2020, shortly after the state’s initial pandemic shutdown. Owners Nathalie and Franck Beddiar moved to Medford from Toulouse, France, in 2017, and have worked to provide Medford and its surroundings with classic baked goods from France, including croissants, apple turnovers, eclairs, chouquettes, and more.
