Patricia Ann Ireland, or âTishâ as she was known to her friends and community, and âDaniâ as she was known to her grandchildren. Transitioned from her earthly body on July 21, 2021, while she was surrounded by her loved ones in Ontario Oregon.
Tish was born on January 8, 1933 to Dr. Roderic and Vera Belknap in Ontario, Oregon. Younger of two children, her childhood was shaped by watching her fatherâs medical practice in rural Oregon and growing up during World War II. With an almost encyclopedic memory, Tish would tell her grandchildren about Oregonâs history and her childhood during World War II. Jaylene Ingle, 85, of Cleveland, passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2021.
She was born to the late J.W. and Reba Johnson Snyder on Jan. 25, 1936.
Jaylene was a lifelong member of North Cleveland Church of God. She served on the Christian Education Board as chairperson of the Children’s Committee and taught in the two-year-old nursery for about 25 years. Jaylene was a leader in the Deaconess Ministry, worked and coordinated with the Greeters/Ushers Ministry, and coordinated a large volunteer effort for special projects.
Jaylene worked at the YMCA as their office manager for 28 years. She also controlled the scholarship program and continued to work with that program part-time after retirement for 15 years.
Russell Cobb Babcock
Russell Cobb Babcock, 95, of Sherman, passed away Wednesday (Jan. 27, 2021) at UPMC Chautauqua. (Most recently, Russell resided at Memory Garden at Tanglewood in Jamestown, N.Y. Previous to that, he resided at Brookdale Assisted Living in Lakewood, N.Y.)
A private graveside service will be held at Sherman Cemetery, Sherman, N.Y. Full obituary is forth-coming and a Celebration of Life will be held at a future date. Spitzer Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

A very special person has passed away. Martha Margaret Engledow died Saturday, Dec. 26, 2020, of natural causes at the age of 102.
Martha was born July 4, 1918, in Pittsburgh, Pa., to Marie Coster Purkey Sorenson and James Christian Sorenson, the second of three children. That summer, the Spanish flu pandemic in Pittsburgh was especially harsh on newborns. She survived, a healthy baby girl.
She grew up and moved with her parents, sister (Kay) and brother (Tom) to California during the Great Depression. Martha graduated from Alhambra High School in 1935 and began a career as a beautician. She married Clinton Wilder Engledow on Aug. 20, 1938, in Wilmar. Marthaâs mother gave her the advice, ânever end the day mad at each other; always talk it out.â This advice lasted her all of her married life and she passed it on to all her grandchildren.
