May 11, 2021 BROADALBIN Although the Broadalbin Seniors are not able to meet because of COVID 19, President, Toni Hallenbeck, is using e-mail to keep everyone informed. The Trip Committee has met to put together a proposed list of trips for this year in anticipation of travel restrictions being lifted, according to a news release. Thursday: Fort Ticonderoga to spend the morning exploring Fort Ticonderoga Afterwards, the participants welcome to shop at the Lake George Outlets followed by dinner at the Log Jam Restaurant. The cost of the trip is $65. June 24: Schenectady Rose Garden followed by lunch at The Light House restaurant. The cost is $54. ....
Apr 2, 2021 BROADALBIN The Broadalbin Seniors are planning a trip May 16 through 20, to Myrtle Beach, S.C. There are still seats available on the bus for more seniors who would like to join the group, according to a news release. The six days and five nights trip includes a dinner show at Dolly Parton’s Pirate’s Voyage; a show at the Carolina Opry; admission to the Brookgreen Gardens; and a guided tour of Georgetown.
