Robbie Moore MP presented the award on behalf of Boris Johnson to Sabir Hussain A MUSIC producer who has worked with Black Eyed Peas, 50 Cent and Busta Rhymes has been presented with the Prime Minister’s Points Of Light Award. Sabir Hussain, who lived in Nelson for 15 years and still has businesses there, is the founder of British Asian Radio. Sabir, who goes by the name of Saby Khan, is the 1,657th recipient of the award. The Points Of Light Award was introduced by President George Bush Sr in 1990 to reward individuals for ‘outstanding achievements’ and was introduced to the UK in 2014 by then Prime Minister David Cameron.
