What we are told by bart is that someone got run over by the train in oakland at the west oakland bart station. That slows Service Starting around 10 15 this evening and so what you are seeing right now underground as i took a walk through there, a lot of people sitting around waiting trying to figure out what to do next. Reporter we have not been able to contact the family yet but i will tell you what police are saying. Let me show you the mugshot. There are saying this 44year old man is in jail saying he was drunk when he followed his 9yearold autistic son on the school bus this morning. When he got on board, police say the 9yearold pointed out an 11yearold who he said was bullying him. They say he grabbed the child and cut his cheek and used threatening language against the other children on board and then got off the bus. When they got to school the 11 yearold reported it to his principal and incredibly the bus driver apparently not only never tried to stop the attack, but also never reported the incident to the school which is alarming to district officials.
