New England, Northeast Start Digging Out From Winter Storm Orlena

After hammering much of the Northeast and leaving some areas with up to three feet of snow and others with coastal flooding, Winter Storm Orlena bore down on New England on Tuesday.
The storm forced officials to close COVID-19 vaccination sites for a second day, but other services started to return to normal.
Several more inches of snow were expected in northern New Hampshire, but roads in the southern part of the state were clear for the most part, WMUR reported.
Aboveground subway service resumed in New York City. The Long Island Rail Road and Metro-North Railroad also began running again Tuesday morning. ....
