Inhalation. A morning fire forced evacuations and sent several to the hospital. We had six individuals that were exposed to smoke and tra e transported to local hospitals. Three firefighters and one police officer. During the evacuation the office was injured and the fire began in a two bedroom unit. The fire marshall expects to be on scene for most of the day to determine a cause. And bentley hosts an area for independent living and secure area for people suffering from dementia. The dementia patients were not affected. When the alarm activated the smoke doors closed and kept the smoke from traveling throughout the entire building, we did atmospheric monitoring to make sure they are not exposed to toxins. Yeah, good morning, kris. I spoke to a family friend that lives ten minutes from the campus. Saddened by the news. We are also learning that the 18yearold Kirk Kimberly graduated last year. We have the police tape up. Those are the search and rescue crews wearing the orange over there searching for evidence to find out what caused his death. The investigation into the mysterious death of the 18yearold, Kirk Kimberly continues. He has been missing since midoctober. The remains of his body found in a shallow grave on the campus of sonoma state a few days ago. I want to send out my sincere condolences to the family. The Sonoma County Sheriffs Department will search ten acres from the campus for more evidence throughout the day. Kimberly graduated last year. The School District has brought in counselors.
