I have a question relating to the piece regarding David Rankin being appointed CEO of Auckland Council’s property arm Panuku Development on a salary of $520,000 (HM February 17). In light of this huge salary, can Council inform us of Mr Rankin’s Key Performance Indicators please? How else can we taxpayers measure that we are getting value for our money from his efforts?

The vehicle rental company intneds to build three industrial units totalling 90,000 sq ft on land formerly occupied by AstraZeneca off Brightside Road at North Manchester Business Park.
In 2019, Manchester City Council granted Salford Van Hire permission for the first phase of the project, an MOT and maintenance facility on a 13-acre plot bordering the River Irk close to North Manchester General Hospital in Crumpsall.
The first phase is due for completion this spring.
The second phase comprises three units ranging from 19,400 sq ft and 40,000 sq ft on a 5.8-acre adjoining plot to the west of the first phase. ....
