Brice joins the Rosewood team with over 10 years of experience in the food and beverage sector. Born and raised in the village of Chail, on the west side of France, Brice fell in love with the culinary world at a young age, which led him to study culinary arts in the nearby city of La Rochelle. He then went on to perfect his culinary skills, splitting his time between two sought-after destinations the Mediterranean by The Sea of Corsica and the mountains of Megève. Over the course of his career, he has worked at Disney World in Orlando s Chef de France restaurant under the acclaimed Bocuse group in addition to on the food and beverage team at the Four Seasons Bora Bora and the prestigious Brando, located in the Atoll of Tetiaroa. Brice has been forever drawn to areas of the world with ties back to his French roots, and this passion is what ultimately brought him to St. Barthélemy where he has been appointed food and beverage director of Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth.
