Whitehall is a 200-yard stretch of bumpy lane on the outskirts of the historic port of Watchet on the Somerset coast. It was was recently crowned England s most potholed road.
The lane in Watchet, Somerset boasts a whopping 21 holes and the council have said the responsibility for its upkeep is complex as it is used by vans, walkers and bikes.
Residents, including a 101 year old, claim a council told them to fill the potholes on their road themselves. Some describe the situation as 'awful' and 'very unsafe' for drivers, walkers and cyclists alike
