3 earlier this week we told you about a proposed project in forest acres. that would bring hundreds of apartments along with shops and restaurants. where the old cardinal newman school sits.in order for all of that development.. property needs to be rezoned.the forest acres planning commission voted on that last night.news 19 s chuck ringwalt was there. 3 over one hundred people were there as the forest acres planning commission voted whether to reccommend city council to rezone the old cardinal new school property to a planned development district.the rezoning would allow for the forest acres village square project to move forward. obviously something the apartments 300 more that s 300, 600 people is that most of those opposed at least some parts of project - like courtney hamilton. we already know we have a traffic issue. it seems irresponsible to put that large of a development on the most congested stretch of forest drive. and although this was not a public hearing man
