Putnam county has a flood advisory in effect l of us until tonight at 11 00. Again, today, expected to be a repeat of yesterday. Some breaks of sun. Some passing showers and thunderstorms. And we have that situation out there now making its way into Putnam County. Very heavy rainfall. Similar story in ocean county. Just to the southwest of toms river. Expect the potential for more flooding today. Also down toward somerset dealing with high river and creek levels this morning because of of the excessive rainfall yester ....
