Welcome to matter of fact. With e country many of us are trying to figure out lunch for the kids. But millions are now scrambling to figure out how they will feed their kids. Thats because on a Typical School day the National School Lunch Program provides lowcost or free lunches to nearly 30 million kids. And that could be the only meal they have for the day.
