CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cuyahoga County Grand Jury has indicted a 34-year-old man for shooting and killing a woman inside a car on I-77 in front of two of her children.
Cleveland police said Ellis Wilson was driving with Breyana Presley around one a.m. on Dec. 17 when he shot her multiple times. Mother shot and killed while driving with her children. (Source: Facebook)
After the shooting, the car crashed into the center median near the Harvard Avenue exit ramp and came to rest on the shoulder.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Newburgh Heights Police Department is accepting donated essential items on behalf of four girls who experienced loss ahead of the holiday after their mother was murdered in front of them.
Investigators said 33-year-old Breyana Presley was shot multiple times while driving with her daughters over the weekend. Her car crashed into the center median after the shooting.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner released the name of the mother shot and killed while driving with her daughters Saturday morning.
According to the medical examiner, Breyana Presley, 33, died after being shot multiples times. Mother shot and killed while driving with her children. (Source: Facebook)
Cleveland police said Presley was driving with her two young children on I-77 S between Fleet and Harvard Avenues around 1 a.m. Saturday, when a 34-year-old man inside her car shot her.
