GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) â The Greater Green Bay Convention and Visitorâs Bureau is holding a job fair this Wednesday at the Rock Garden Comfort Suites on Bond Street in Green Bay between 3 and 7pm.
The CVBâs Brenda Krainik says it canât come at a better time. Tourism in the area is experiencing a dramatic shortage in the labor pool.
âItâs very important for us to roll out the red carpet for tourists. We want them to return time and time again and having fully staffed attractions is crucial,â said Krainik. âThere is a great need to fill so many hospitality positions in the greater Green Bay area when it comes to hotels, restaurants, and attractions.â
