live, from the cbs bay area studios, this is kpix5 news. breaking news. this bay area grandmother under arrest right now. accused of doing the unthinkable. let s get righted to kpix5 s christin ayers in fairfield where police say the grandmother intentionally drowned her grandson? christin. reporter: i just finished speaking to fairfield police. that four-year-old boy is dead tonight and his grandmother is behind bars facing a murder charge. this happened earlier this morning. the grandmother who we spoke to police about is named dawn diana rain-pugh. she called 911 saying that the four-year-old had drowned in the bathtub. the boy was dead by the time authorities arrived. fair fielder police said it happened at their home on jefferson street. the grandmother they say has some sort of history that made police suspicious. she was questioned awith several witnesses and arrested and jailed. as officers investigated the situation, it became suspicious to them regarding h
