Do not get on the roadway. Do not try to go someplace if you dont know how to get there. Just stay put. Okay . Thats what i would ask you to do. We need you to help us. Because what is happening now is that there are a lot of calls coming in to 911, and many are them are not lifethreatening. They are calling where i understand the inconvenience. But theyre not lifethreatening. At the same time, there are many calls that are coming in that are lifethreatening. Our First Responders need to attend to them.
