Maylyn D. Pozenel, 43, of Sedalia, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Early Saturday morning, Officers responded to the Wendy s restaurant, 1301 South Limit, for a report of leaving the scene of an accident. The suspect tried to drive a UHaul truck through the drive thru and collided with the overhead awning before leaving the scene. ....

Monday evening, Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of South Ohio for a report of a suicidal subject. The suspect was ultimately transported to Bothwell for treatment. Charges of Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Firearm Unlawful for Certain Persons, and Domestic Assault in the 3rd Degree are being requested through the prosecutor s office. Sedalia Police Reports For February 4, 2021 This article is compiled from the Sedalia Police Department reports. Wednesday morning, Officers were dispatched to the area of East 9th Street and South Ingram Avenue in reference to an assault. After investigating the incident, both parties were issued court summons. John Rodney Spratley Jr., 45, of Sedalia and Joshua W. Moulder, 36, of Sedalia were ticketed for public peace disturbance for fighting in public.
Early Thursday morning, a traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle for operating on the roadway with no registration displayed. Upon contact with the driver, he was identified to Dispatch and discovered to have a revoked driving status. Donovan Lee Sims, 43, of Boonville, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail. At the jail, Sims was booked and released pending a state charge of Driving While Revoked. ....
