Brandon L. Parkman Jr., 18, faces a capital murder charge following the shooting death of 27-year-old Chase Aaron Porier, according to the Bowie County Sheriff’s Office.
Second man charged in connection to Texarkana man s shooting death
According to BCSO, the two men robbed Porier of his marijuana before allegedly shooting him. On Wednesday, Dec. 30, Parkman turned himself in to the Atlanta Police Department before being booked into Cass County. He was later transferred to the Bowie Count Jail, where no bond has been set at this time.
Bowie County Sherriff s have now made two arrests in the Sunday night homicide of Chase Aaron Poriet in Southern Bowie County.
Sherriff s were called around 7:45 PM Sunday night to a house in the 100 block of Forrest Circle where they found Chase Aaron Poriet, 27, with a fatal gunshot wound.
Two arrests and Capital Murder charges have been filed on those suspects in the case, Kristopher Allen Fate Wilson was arrested Monday by Cass County Officers, and now Brandon L Parkman, Jr, 18, has been taken into custody as well, turned in Wednesday morning by his mother.
