TAMPA â The man accused of ramming the patrol car of Hillsborough Sheriffâs Sgt. Brian LaVigne will be prosecuted on nine charges, including premeditated murder of a law enforcement officer, Hillsborough State Attorney Andrew Warren announced late Thursday.
