As reported on YESTERDAY on ALL ACCESS (NET NEWS 11/10), Tropical Storm NICOLE strengthened to a Category 1 Hurricane as it made its way toward landfall, "just south of VERO BEACH at 3a (ET). Its maximum sustained winds were 75 mph, making NICOLE a Category 1 hurricane," according to WEATHER.COM.NICOLE is now over land and has weakened back to a Tropical Storm and moving into GEORGIA and THE CAROLINAS.
