日前，株洲一名24岁男子在室外打篮球时突然心脏骤停，医护人员奋力抢救了一个小时仍不幸去世。现场有目击者称，当时天气炎热，男子打了三四组篮球，下场坐在场下未走动，而且喝了冰水，没想到发生了意外。 “高温是夏天猝死的一大诱因。”中南大学湘雅三医院心血管病专家江凤林副主任医师分析，夏季进行户外运动时，人体代谢增加、导致心脏负荷加大，容易造成夏季心源性猝死。另外，当时年轻男子猛喝冰水，冷刺激诱发交感神经兴奋，大量释放儿茶酚胺，导致心电活动异常，也容易发生猝死。 “我们经常呼吁，夏季运动应该合理选择时间、运动方式及运动的强度。同时，要及时补水。”江凤林强调。高温下运动，还容易造成中暑、脱水、晒伤等。记者从长沙市多家医院了解到，连日来，因为运动出现健康状况的市民很多。 7月
