The following are being sought on arrest warrants, according to various sheriff’s departments. The addresses listed are the last known addresses provided by the warrants and may be outdated.
• Rebecca R. DeGroot, 39, of 142 N. Hall St., Virginia, is being sought on a warrant accusing her of violating probation on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.
She is a white female standing 5 foot 4 and weighing 115 pounds. She has hazel eyes and brown hair.
• Michael J.G. Moeller, 33, of 5 Havendale Court is being sought on a warrant accusing him of violating probation on a charge of driving while license is revoked and failing to appear in court on a charge of criminal damage to property.

• Robert L. Werner, 58, of 258782 Oakford Road was booked into the Morgan County jail at 1:51 p.m. Monday on a charge of criminal damage to property.

• Mercedes T. Murray, 30, of 722 N. Clay Ave. was booked into the Morgan County jail at 11:19 a.m. Monday on a charge of criminal damage to property.
• Richard B. Jackson, 31, of 1015 N. Church St. was booked into the Morgan County jail at 2 a.m. Tuesday on charges of leaving the scene or failing to report an accident and resisting a peace officer. Police said he refused to identify himself and threw his wallet away from officers.

• Samantha L. Rachels, 26, of St. Louis was booked into the Greene County Jail at 5:40 a.m. Dec. 7 on charges of vehicle theft conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing identification and possession of stolen property.
• Jacob D. Young, 25, of St. Louis was booked into the Greene County Jail at 4:38 a.m. Dec. 7 on charges of vehicle theft conspiracy, possession of methamphetamine, obstructing identification and possession of stolen property.

• Matthew R. Berry, 31, of Carrollton was booked into the Greene County Jail at 2:53 a.m. Sunday on charges of driving under the influence, possession of adult-use cannabis by a driver, disregarding a stop sign and improper signaling.
