After a cyclist was hit by a tow truck. It happened about an hour ago at 7th and folsom streets. The woman on the bike was taken to the hospital. Her condition is unknown. Police have blocked off the area to traffic while they investigate. Were following developing news tonight out of south San Francisco. A Lab Explosion of some sort at the biotech firm amgen left two employees there hurt. It happened about 3 30 this afternoon. We are told one worker was on the third floor was working with some solvents when something went wrong. Small explosion had ensued. Knocked over another flammable liquid cabinet which started a fire, also blew out some of the windows on the lab. The spring already system was activated which kept the fire in check but the employee was critically burned.
