Ottocar J. from Vienna, Austria is a collector of Porsche cars. On his 80th birthday, he picked up his 80th Porsche - a Boxster Spyder finished in Miami Blue from the Porsche assembly plant in Zuffenhausen, Germany.
Porsche has revealed that Ottocar collects his cars in person whenever possible. The first car he collected from the company himself was a 911 Carrera 3.0 in 1977.
Ottocar had a goal of collecting 80 Porsches by age 80, which he has accomplished. To mark this milestone, Porsche allowed him to affix the Porsche Crest on the bonnet himself, making him one of the first customers to be allowed to do so. He was also congratulated personally by Wolfgang Porsche, chairman of the company’s supervisory board. ....
