A leaked draft of a report from Public Health england has acknowledged that a range of factors, including racism and discrimination, may have exacerbated the risk from covid 19 within some communities. The report stated that historic racism could mean people from ethnic minority backgrounds were less likely to seek care when they needed it. He was described by his family as a loving, sociable man with a heart of gold.
