The operator of some of Liverpool s most popular bars are taking on over 500 new members of staff.
Pub Invest Group, who own bars such as McCooleys, Rubber Soul, Sgt Peppers and Brooklyn Mixer have made the announcement following the easing of lockdown restrictions.
The company said a range of roles will be made available over the coming months, including management roles, supervisors, bar staff, floor staff and kitchen staff.
