Targeted on border security and the visa lottery. that s a very important question. that s the debate about the debate. do we go small. barebones build a start with it and offer people an opportunity to change it on the senate floor. or opportunity to go bigger and permanent. both on the daca side as well as border security side. do you have a preference on what happens? i would like to see permanent solution for these young people who through no fault of their own find themselves in a difficult situation. in order to do that, there s going to have to be robust border security provision as well as funding to pay for it. we re got going to depend on future appropriations. we need to put that money set aside. the president also identified this issue of chain migration and diverse lottery. he s going to insist upon. we re going to have to deal with all four of those. ....
