Restaurants across the Range are feeling the effects of the coronavirus pandemic. But the owners are resilient and determined to keep their businesses going, while complying with state-mandated restrictions. And they re hoping there won t be another forced shutdown.
Several restaurant owners were contacted by the Mesabi Tribune and asked how they have been affected by the COVID-19 crisis and the mandated closures; how was it when only takeouts were allowed and no inside dining; how is business now with the reopening but only to a limited capacity; and what creative approaches have they taken.
