Date Time Bus Stop Removal Opposition: Bayside Bayside Council has called on Transport for New South Wales to reconsider a proposal to remove four bus stops from Rocky Point Road, Sans Souci and Ramsgate. Bayside Mayor Joe Awada said “Council supports improvements to public transport service, but not when it leaves users stranded, particularly the elderly. “However, I am not convinced these proposed changes are in the best interests of our community after receiving numerous representations from our residents,” he said. The bus stop changes on Rocky Point Road before Endeavour Street would include: removal of the northbound bus stop ID 221924 as there are alternative bus stops within 210m and 220m.
