Bofors Case Highlights: Supreme Court refuses to entertain CBI plea against Delhi HC

Supreme Court will hear the politically-sensitive Rs 64 crore Bofors pay-off case in which CBI filed an appeal, earlier this year, against the Delhi High Court decision repressing charges against all the accused. A bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justice K M Joseph will hear the 13-year delayed appeal.
