CARIBOU, Maine A Caribou man was arrested early Saturday morning after a nearly nine-hour standoff with police, which involved the man allegedly threatening a woman and two teens with a firearm.
Bobby Arsenault, 46, of fCaribou was charged with two counts of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, both Class C felonies; one count of creating a police standoff; and one count of violation of conditional release.
