Thats when the uniformed cop grabbed him and felt the gun in the waist ban. The officer discharged. Candidly speaking, part of the video shows the male running away at least one of the shots. Police have Surveillance Video showing part of the encounter and are looking for more. A woman identified only as his grandmother came with family to get answers. You have to be able to articulate it for a serious, serious crime. We call them aggravated crimes, not any crime. I watched the video. Clearly, one of the shots was taken when the man was running away. Still a lot of questions this evening including details of the incident. Who is at fault . Surveillance video shows a portion of the encounter and not the full picture. That officer is on administrative leave. Crlt, action news ....
