(WAFF) - Update: Officers have charged three Georgia men for robbing a Regions Bank in Albertville on February 18. Theodore David Kemp, 46, Ronnie Lee Jones, 31, and Nekyle Andreas Chaney, 45, were all charged with first-degree conspiracy to commit theft. According to officers, Chaney was the lone person in the bank; also charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument. Albertville police said Shermaine Nashawn Caison, 32, was the third person in the vehicle stopped by Boaz. Caison is charged with tampering with evidence after an attempt to flush marijuana once at the Albertville City Jail. ....
