After his time in muni, he spent another 25 years with the Police Department and then he became a ranger with golden gate park. With that i want to make sure we adjourn in his honor. Specifically is our Pedestrian Safety operations, our traditional Speed Enforcement which is using specialized equipment to calculate the speed or the terms of speed of vehicles. We do that not only in Traffic Company but we help that effort at the ten district stations as well. And that is the rest of our enforcement includes things like, you know, we had a lot of requests for assistance and concerns expressed about the closure of the upper great highway and the impact that had on traffic. We concentrate a lot of our effort there as well as the better Market Street Project which was implemented prior to the pandemic. We put a lot of energy into trying to keep private cars off of Market Street for the mandate of that program and following kind of the opening up of the city this year, weve returned to that effort utilizing not only officers from traffic companies, but uniformed officers from our Meeting Detail who were on Market Street as well.
