Well, we saw some of the passengers that had gathered their belongings and were greeted by members of the Singapore Air staff here. One by one, they took them out and we saw them reunited with their families. There were some real emotional moments and some big hugs after such an arduous trip. As my colleague, jonathan head, explains. Shaken by their ordeal, the passages were met by an army of ambulances after they landed in bangkok. They had just been served breakfast when the boeing airliner plunged without warning. A shot taken inside the cabin after the aircraft had landed gives us a sense of the absolute chaos on board.
