EASTON — Some very familiar restaurant names are collaborating to open their newest establishment, Legal Assets in downtown Easton, which is set for set for a soft opening this week on Wednesday, Dec. 9.
Legal Assets is being brought to life in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic by the owners of 208 Talbot in St. Michaels, Doc’s Sunset and Downtown Grille restaurants in Oxford and Easton and Doc’s Riverside in Centreville.
The menu will be an offering of new American cuisine in a unique, yet relaxed restaurant atmosphere.
