The Santa Fe School of Cooking has been around for 30 years, sharing cooking skills from top-notch chefs such as Noe Cano, who has been teaching there for 23 years, Allen Smith, Lois Ellen Frank, and Michelle Chavez. During the restrictions caused by COVID-19, they moved their popular classes online and now offer curbside pick-up of meals created by their talented chefs.
Instead of attending a class in their state-of-the-art classroom, you’ll receive a video download that you can watch over and over. Just like an in-person class, you’ll receive the recipes and a shopping list, along with an increased appreciation of the importance of investing time to create a delicious and healthy meal. You’ll see how spices are toasted and then ground. Tomatoes and peppers are roasted over an open flame. Onions are slowly caramelized to bring out the sweetest, richest flavor.
