Stone forest is probably do-able but would be a rush. I d say, store your luggage in the airport and take a bus or taxi into the city centre, perhaps the Green Lake area as its probably the most charming part of the city, have lunch, then you could go to Tanhua temple park, it s on the east side of the city (same side as the airport) and is a good place to spend a couple of relaxed hours and you can climb the tall pagoda for city views. Beware, if the weather is like it was today, this plan won t work well! If the weather is bad, just go to Sals (other cafes are available) and chill. ....
