Reporter from purple flowers to orange poppies, all sorts of spring blossoms are popping up around the bay area. Willow glen resident mary costillo noticed her flowers blooming early. She used this recycled dishwater on her flowers to save water. She and a dozen other residents 100 other residents are being asked to conserve water after the Council Voted to extend water restrictions. They were set to expire tomorrow but have now been expended extended to june to hear state recommendations in may. As my friends know, i conserve everything. There is no way i could do anymore any more. We want to hear the states recommendation before deciding. We are able to wait until we get the new goal to set the conditions for the future.
