2019, jussie smollett sat down to interview with the most credulous person and also the best paid person on television to describe his fake hate crime. here s what he said. as i was crossing the intersection i heard empire i don t answer to empire. and i didn t answer. i kept walking and i heard [bleep] empire, [bleep]. and i said what the [bleep] did you decide to me? and then i see the attacker, masked. he said, this is maga country and punches me right in the face. then i looked down and i saw a rope around my neck. tucker: [distinct] as he was giving that interview, the people who beat him up were
smollett case and what he told robin roberts. there s no doubt in your mind what motivated this attack? i can only go off of their words, i mean, who says (bleep) empire (bleep), this maga country (bleep)? ties a noose around your neck and pours bleach on you. the prosecution spent the week poking holes into his story. the defense is next. is he taking the stand? oh, boy, i don t know. he might have to only because, look, the prosecution put on a great case and the only way that jussie smollett is not going to be found guilty if the jury completely disbelieves their star witnesses, and i doubt that s going to happen, or if one or more of the juries either feels such sympathy for this guy they don t want to come to a decision it could
