The Blarney woman, whose commitment to the scouting movement both at local and national level has seen her win one of Scouting Ireland s most prestigious accolades, has added yet another string to her already impressive bow. This was after Lucy Kay, who has devoted years of service to Scouting Ireland inspiring many young people to achieve their life goals, was unveiled as the 2020 Blarney Person of the Year. Local entrepreneur Robert Gabriel, the brains behind a dedicated online browser for people with dyslexia, has also joined the list of people inducted into the Blarney Hall of Fame.
