This just coming in, amarillo, texas, the panhandle getting pounded with torrential downpours. Raging water forcing authorities to shut down an interstate. Parked cars with water up to the windows almost. Its the hot and dry conditions causing problems in central washington. People in 50 homes had to be evacuated from this fastmoving wildfire.
