BLAIR C. CONFER
Blair C. “Lum” Confer, 78 , went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at his home in Monument. He was born on Nov. 25, 1942, the son of the late Franklin E. and Leah Thompson Confer.
He grew up in the town of Orviston and always liked to reminisce about his childhood days there.
He was a graduate of the former Lock Haven High School.
On June 15, 1963, he married the love of his life, Jane M. Wensel. Together they shared over 57 amazing years.
He was a member of the Orviston Bible Church where he served as usher and financial secretary, a position he really devoted himself to. ....
