Catholic schools in Worcester to make temporary switch to remote learning WORCESTER – Starting next Monday, several Catholic schools in the region, which were among the few schools attempting full-time in-person learning this semester, will make a temporary move to remote learning, the system’s superintendent said. David Perda said the roughly two-week break from in-person classes was originally intended to apply to the two Worcester central Catholic schools: St. Paul Diocesan Jr./Sr. High School and St. Peter Central Catholic Elementary School. But the other Catholic schools under the Diocese of Worcester have also been allowed to make the same call, Perda said; several have already planned to take remote breaks of their own. ....
